Help Desk (CSC)

Purpose:  The Career Studies Certificate in Help Desk is designed to provide teh expertise needed for an enrty-level job in computer support.  Graduates will have teh necessary skills to setup and troubleshoot basic computer software and hardware.  This program of study also provided students with the proficiency to proceed to teh next level of education, the Career Studies Certificate in Network Support.

Occupational Objective:  This certificate will prepare graduates to function in public, private, and government organizations supporting computers as a help desk technician.  Teh certificate will also help prepare graduates for the CompTIA A+ certification exam.
