ENG 241 - Survey of American Literature I

3 Credits

Examines American literary works from Colonial times to the present, emphasizing the ideas and characteristics of our national literature. Involves critical reading and writing. This is a writing intensive (WIC) course.  This course is intended to transfer.  

Lecture 3 hours per week.

Prerequisite(s): ENG 112 .
