CSP 135 - Central Sterile Infection Control

2 Credits

Introduces the fundamentals of control. Content will include an introduction to concepts of microbiology including cell structure and theory, microbial function, human and pathogen relationships, infectious process, blood-borne and airborne pathogens, defense microorganisms and principles of microbial control and destruction.

Lecture 2 hours. Total 2 hours per week.
