PVCC’s Division of Community Self-Sufficiency (CSS) Programs connects job seekers with local by recruiting, training, and supporting individuals throughout the community who have the interest and ability to excel in quality entry-level, career-ladder jobs.
PVCC’s CSS Division houses Network2Work, an innovative Charlottesville Works Initiative program developed in partnership with the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, as well as Virginia’s eleVAte program, which provides skills and support for no- and low-wage workers striving to climb the economic ladder.
PVCC’s program serves the college’s entire service region, which includes the city of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson.
